I took the day off from running yesterday to give my body a chance to recharge. Unfortunately, I was travelling by plane most of the day yesterday, and I'm not sure how much a body can recharge while being crammed into coach class airline seats and uncomfortable airport seats for most of the day.
I'll probably do a short run on the treadmill at the hotel tonight, maybe 3km or so, depending on what my body tells me. I forgot my gym shorts and shirt at home, so I'll have to wear the shorts and t-shirt that I wore on the plane yesterday.
