I read an interesting post on Cool Running today:

However, when I was doing a little searching for more information about the health benefits of bananas, I found this:

It might not be the wonderfood that the eRumor suggests, but I think I might try what one of the Cool Runners does and eat a half a banana before running and the other half after running. Bananas have got to be healthier than what I usually eat.
